The Velura Luna is a smart sleep mask designed to help reduce stress, alleviate eye strain, and promote better sleep. It uses built-in heating pads and gentle massage to soothe your eyes, improve circulation, and help you relax before bedtime.


2. How does the Velura Luna mask work?

The mask features adjustable heat settings (39℃ - 43℃) to provide a comfortable temperature for your eyes, helping to relieve tiredness and reduce dark circles. It also has a relaxing massage function to ease facial tension and promote a deeper, more restful sleep.


3. When will I receive my Velura Luna mask?

As we’re running a pre-order campaign, you can expect your Velura Luna mask to ship within 3-4 weeks after the pre-order period ends. You’ll be notified via email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.


4. How do I place an order?

Simply add your desired product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions. You can pay via credit/debit card or Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.


5. Can I return my Velura Luna mask?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy on all preorders. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note the mask must be in unused, original condition for a full refund.


6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders! We cover the cost to ensure your mask arrives safely and without any extra charges.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track its journey right to your doorstep. You can also check your order status at any time in your account page.


8. What if I have an issue with my order?

9. Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we begin processing your mask, and cancellations may not be possible.

The Velura Luna mask is designed for general relaxation and stress relief, and it’s safe for most people. However, if you have any specific eye conditions or health concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using the mask.
